Thread: Best/Worst Buy...so far

Ledley/Juarez.

Best: Izzy. Unreplaceable, as proved this season. Turns defence in to attack in seconds and scares the shit out of defenders with his pace. Accurate crossing too makes him a match winner.
Worst: Dan. Looked so much like exactly what we needed but several embarrassing performances later and now he looks totally wrecked with absolutely zero confidence. Will cost us more games this season for sure.

To be fair to all the signings the entire team has struggled this season and players are being judged by the shity standards the team has played at.
If we have now turned the corner then we should wait and see how they perform from now until the end of the season.
Maybe bangurra would be a different player in a team playing well and bursting with confidence, even dan looked reasonable last season( most games ) when the team was playing well.

Last season 92 points, best defensive record in league, most shut outs, he had to have something to do with it and he had very few critical posts about him last season, in fact i would have said he should have won the player of the year award ahead of izzy, who is the worst actual defender at the club.
