Does anyone know anything about young Josh Thompson? From where i was sitting on Sunday he looked well built and has the required height for a centre half, never seen him in action though!

A couple of Sean St Ledger's team mates at Preston (Nicholson, Davidson) have been saying they think he's one of the best centre half's in the championship, if he's half as good as they say he is then get the bhoy signed up. He cant be any worse than we've got. Or can he......?

To be fair Guppy's best years were behind him at the hoops, and to be honest he could whip in a half decent cross, deffo not the best left foot in Engerland!. St ledger surely cant be any worse than what we have at the minute, even a new signing in could give the defence that wee bit of competition they need!

Guppy could put agood cross in. ST ledger doesnt set my imagination alight, I dont see him as the dominant broot of a defender we need.

I'm not confident every time big loovens gets the the ball at his feet ( heart in mouth moment) it's like watching tebily over again. he's good in the air but very dross on the ground. thought heid had a great game on Sunday apart from one lapse in concentration the cost us 2 points. Although it should never have been a corner, because lafferty should've been off, i better no get get into that!

Think if we get half of that then we'll be doing well, anything we get will be a profit, considering we got him for hee haw.
