Celtic will be signing 18-year old Romanian wonderkid Dumitru Copil from Luceafărul Bucharest, a club in Romania renowned for producing world-class players from their youth academy, such as the likes of Hagi, Petrescu, Popescu, and just about every other famous Romanian player that you can think of in the past.

Apparently Copil is the latest big talent from their impressive line of production and has already been named in the Romanian national squad for the first time last month. He's been identified by Ray Clarke's network of scouts, and will join the club in January for 1.5million euros.
