Dinamo Moscow captain Dmitri Khokhlov has named Shaun Maloney and AIden McGeady as Celtic's two dangermen ahead of tomorrow night's Champions League qualifier in Russia.
Khokhlov, who has played 53 times for Russia and spent a chunk of his career in Spain with Real Sociedad, missed the first-leg but apparently knows enough to claim Maloney and McGeady are both "really fast and dangerous".
The 33-year-old also dismissed the suggestion the possible return of Scott Brown would make much difference on the match,
claiming the Moscow crowd would spur his side on to victory.
Khokhlov was quoted by the Scottish Sun as saying: "
Celtic are a nice team and they can play football. But from the beginning of the game in Glasgow we made them play by our rules.
"Scoring quickly meant a lot, but we got exactly what we expected from Celtic and we passed all the tests they set us. But I liked their two wingers, Maloney and McGeady. These guys are fast and dangerous and both are good players.
"Scott Brown may be back, but we will have one advantage and that is our fans. They'll make us run forward no matter who we are up against. I know this will be a tough game and we should not be talking about our confidence. We should just go out and show what we are capable of."
Meanwhile, Craig Burley has said Marco-Antoine Fortune needs to start scoring soon for Celtic (not that he has been at the club for any length of time at all!) and expressed dismay that the club have no talisman who can be relied upon to find the net consistently - though praised Scott McDonald for his goalscoring exploits.
