Loovens caught Edu with his studs after making a clearance in the final Old Firm derby of last season, so why the ban is it just to even things up?

It was quite blatantly intentional and he can have no complaints.

To be honest… if we are being honest here…

I don’t think it was intentional I think it was more accidental and Edu got in the way anyway and big Loovsey couldn’t help it.

I think he should have been let off.

But 2 games for Laugherty is a joke FFS! Should have been 6 at least.

Anyone else think Edu should be banned?

I’ve studied the footage and I’m almost sure I heard him mumble an anti Dutch remark before cleverly throwing his knee in front of Loovens foot. Similar to Kevin Thomson against Samaras. He was effectively cheating to try and get Loovens in trouble. Outrageous if you ask me.
