I just hope Lenny isn't falling into the same trap as TM here, the team needs rebuilding not demolishing! If Mick, Boruc and Aiden all goy it leaves us with a hole to fill and a lot of new guys to fill it! This season its so important we hit the ground running, we can't afford to give that scum even an inch!

I know what you mean SB, but last year proved there's no bedding-in season at Celtic Park and lenny and his pals know this.
Sorry to see boruc and mcmanus go and i'll be gutted if mcgeady follows them out, but let's face it - £1.5m for a central defender who lost his form months ago and never looked like he really owned the captain's armband, that's an ok piece of business.

I agree its good business but selling the three of them and maybe Sammy too IMO is too big a gamble, we need players who know what it means to play for Celtic. I know they have lost Boyd, Ned and maybe Thomson but they still have guys like Davis, Weir, Bougherra, McCulloch, Miller etc,, we don't have that right now!

McManus wasn't good enough. Never was, and never will be.

He came through just after John Kennedy and he isnt half the player he was.

It is a worry, but hopefully lennon will have made it clear to them by spl kick off time and anyone who isn't cutting it will be got rid.
As for the huns i reckon bougerra will leave the payroll and mcculloch and miller will run about like eejits trying to link up with laffatme and glancing at the huge boyd-shaped gap on the subs bench.
