I freely admit be very hard to walk out the great celtic family but when the moment comes, I will know exactly the size of the contribution I have made to celtic. I have got the medals to measure my place in the club’s history and no-one will ever be able to take them and the memories they inspire from me.

Just a sad, sad day for Celtic and Football, a legend and a gentleman. RIP and God bless you Tommy, you were one of the good guys. Another person lost to this terrible disease.

Just watched the live phone in show on Celtic TV.The prog was extended by 30 mins as so many wanted to contribute.

Wanted to post my thanks to Willie McStay for the way he represented both himself and the club during the programme.
He was obviously very close to Tommy and to hold his composure throughout the programme as fans and friends of Tommy and his family called in must have been very difficult.
He acted with dignity when it was very apparent he was really hurting inside.

On hearing some of the calls it really hit home that we have lost not just a Hero from the past but a huge chunk of our future too.The man as has been said was Mr Celtic,I was astounded at some of the stories of his tireless work rate behind the scenes and outwith the club.

I am sure this prog will be repeated over the next few days ..if you can try and catch it.
