Radio Clyde are reporting that a bid of £1.5 million was knocked back from Celtic for Loovens. For 3 million quid they can keep him, unless somebody knows something about this player that i don't.

A bid of £1.5 million was dimissed by the Welsh side at the weekend as they hold out for around £3 million.
And Cardiff claim they've had no contact from Rangers since a proposed swap deal for the Dutch central defender was turned down several weeks ago.
The Ibrox side's also been linked with a move for Palermo's Australian midfielder Mark Bresciano.
