If the SFA wanted to directly help the huns they could have done it last year and given a ( very fair ) one week extension to the season.
Its not a case of helping us or them its a stupid system in the first place that reduces revenue to the teams who need it most towards the bottom of the table.
one of the biggest problems is so many of our supporters are living in a fantasy world and think everyone is out to try and punish them and make it difficult for us and easy for them, and a bigger fantasy world that the epl are going to invite us into their country for us to enjoy all the benifits their league offers.

rangers did get the season extended and they were going to get it extended a second time if it wasnt for the sharp suited man threatning to take the sfa to court . also smith wanted to put the cup final back 2 weeks without thinking about QOTS take on it. im not being paranoid i just think you have forgotten this little episode . hail hail..

and so they should have done, they should do everything possible to help scottish clubs getting to europen finals.
Lets be honest we were all delighted they had the backlog of games but if it had been us there would have been ten of thousands of ****s screaming about a conspiricy to stop us winning the lg.

dont kid yourself if it had been us we wouldnt have got jack snif.
celtic were just off the plane 1 or 2 days before playing rangers when mcleish was manager . we asked for a delay mcleish said he wished he was in our positionso that was a no.
anyway didnt celtic do all that and more in 67im sure they did.im not arguing with you mate i just see it differently. also the manager with no surname said on tv that they didnt want an extention.

rangers also brought it upon themselves when they got the game against the mighty GRETNA postponed plus they took 2 games to beat partick thistle in the cup.the game against gretna would have been a good warm up for them as well.then they would not have needed postponements later.

That's the game I really look at as well last season. Coming up to play Lyon in a make or break and they are wanting a game postponed and it was granted. They then got what they deserved and were duly pumped out of the Champions League. It then bit them on the arse and we were happy to jump in and take the title.

it was impossible for the S.F.A to really help the huns out the way they(SFA) would have liked last year as every one was gonna kick up fuck.when they said it wouldn't happen again they really meant that the huns wouldn't be fuckd about again.payback time this year.just a paranoid thought btw.

United and Chelsea both got to the Champions League Final is Moscow and both had to fight it out for the League on the last day of the season, neither asked for the season to be extended.

The SFA, in a completely unprecedented move, granted the huns an extension. What more did they want!?

They wanted an extra two weeks after the cup final! But what they conveniently forget is that, there was a European Championship waiting to take place. So they should have taken their case to Uefa and not the SFA.

Dear Mr Platini, please postpone the start of Euro 2008 so we can try and stop sellick from winning 3 in a row.

the funny thing about it was that they were all saying that there was no way would they ask for an extention . that they had a big enough squad to cope.
but behind the scenes murry and bain were going nuts with all sorts of threats going on.
i also heard that most of the players didnt play in every game.
