In one of the other threads I listed the pros and cons (in my opinion) of a couple of the guys mentioned.

Billic plays nice football, commands the respect of the dressing room, is not a mercenary (could have left for several premiership job last year) and has good knowledge on the eastern European front. Which is very much an untapped resource. He is used to working with what he has got, as being an international manager he has to work with players, adjust to the players and do his best with what he has. Croatia have come along a long way under him. He has also said he would walk to Glasgow.

The cons: He has never spent money, so we don’t know how well he would do with it. Never managed a club which is definitely different from international management. Might not get or understand Scottish football.

i think the main reason i have a doubt is based on his lack of any club management experience.pretty sure he wont know to much scottish football aswell.his team do play good football but the players are of a much better standard are they not.

did he really say he'd walk to Glasgow.jeezo is he scared of flying does he realise how far it is.
