The last person yeah??????? Please tell who the first is mate?? If not the manager then who???
All the shite about 'playing the game the Celtic way' when?? 1 up front is the Celtic way since when?
I described TM in a previous post as as guy who got FM2009 as a birthday present and has been messing about with his fav team, this hasn't changed any! HE IS THE ONLY ONE TO BLAME, no-one else!!!!!!!!! My whole Celtic life I have called for managers to be given time from Macari to Venglos to Barnes (just) but this time I've had enough. If your only tactic when not winning is to bring on as many forwards as possible regardless of current state of play then I think I now know why WBA got relegated!!!
Right wait a minute if you have called for those ****s to get more time then THIS manager deserves the same from you.
This was always going to be an ugly tansitional season. We are a point behind Rangers and still capable of winning the league. Europe has to take a back seat for now while we get our house in order i'm afraid.
Well, in fairness to Mowbray at West Brom, he tried to play good football but got picked off against teams like Arsenal. Trying to play the game was his downfall there. Up here there's not as much chance of that happening.
Mate, in Tony Mowbrays eyes, a 4-5-1 is also a 4-3-3 in attack. So playing a 4-5-1 is a crap criticism in my eyes. He's come in and tried to play better football with Strachan's team. My criticism will come next year (or after January if the board back him) when he's brung some players in and he still can't get results and have the team playing well.
Correct. It's all a bit childish and hypocritical. I gave every manager time, but Mowbray doesn't deserve it. On what basis? Plenty managers start of badly because they are trying to install their own tactics, training and general way about the club. Settle down and give this manager what you gave the others.

The difference with this manager and others guys is that he cannot make a substitution that changes the game in our favour!!! One game, one game!!! against Hearts has he managed to make the team go out and win a game in the 2nd half! I want to give him time but there hasn't been any evidence so far that he is worth giving time to! We lose goals in the first 10mins and we do nothing in the 2nd half I'm sorry but those are the times that a manager has the most influence over a team. How many games do the Huns win in the 2nd half????
We dont have the players for ANY formation.
Mowbray was hired and told to produce attacking football - he's caught in a bind because the players there are incapable of providing that.
The system and formation are irrelevant.
Substitutions are irrelevant also - as we dont have a single player who can turn a game.

The PLC is primarily to blame. Repetitive failure to strengthen from a position of strength is nothing but incompetence on their part. Continually hailed for the results of our balance sheets, these masters of the financial world who regard the term "Speculate To Accumulate" as the language of financial dim-wits. Instead, they ASSUME that the correct policy is to monitor The Huns and attempt to stay one step, and one step only ahead of them. Well, as the saying goes, ASSUME makes an ASS out of U and ME. Their policy is now bearing fruit - a woeful "product" on the park, alarmingly dwindling attendances and a general depression descending over Paradise. But, hey, we`re virtually debt free so everything`s o.k. NEWSFLASH - No it aint! We`re onto you and your dereliction of duty must be rectified post haste. We are now struggling in a league that is, quite frankly, garbage. Your "Yes Man" has departed, soon to be relocated at The Riverside. The writing was on the wall from the early weeks of his tenure. He was charged with the responsibilty of dismantling the remnants of a great team and proceeded to do so with gusto. 3 titles in a row pacified the masses but the more clued up amongst us knew this was a car wreck in waiting. Having unbelievably tossed away title No. 4, Strachan departed to the general relief of The Faithful who were underwhelmed despite the 3 in a row and 2 last sixteens. He had built truly built an SPL team - and that was his crime IMO, sharing responsibilty with The PLC who charged him with the task.I truly savoured our great CL nights as i knew they would soon come to an end and advised fellow Tims to do likewise and advised them that we would arrive at the point we have now arrived at. It`s not rocket science. You get what you pay for. The turmoil The Huns have been in merely provided the smokescreen for the downsizing of our great club. Mowbray now has to pick up the pieces. The jury is out on Mogga and he`ll be judged at the end of the season but i can`t help feeling sympathy for him for what he has inherited. His signings have been preety decent IMO but building a team can`t happen overnight, it must evolve over a few windows - will he even have the finance to do so? That said, i think it is a reasonable expectation to expect the League Flag to be fluttering over Paradise again next season even though we are poor because i believe The Huns are poorer. However, our players are now being asked to play football and they seem to be struggling with the concept.
Personally i blame BB , he's a ****
