Fox off! - Mowbray ready to ship out Danny?

It has been reported by some media outlets this afternoon that Celtic have accepted a bid for Danny Fox from Premiership outfit Burnley.

Fox who only arrived in the summer to fill in at Celtic's troublesome left back position has not set the world alight since coming to the Hoops and if media reports are accurate then Mowbray is looking to cut his losses on this particular player.

More on this to follow.

We already have better than him in Naylor. Mulgrew has never stood out for me, except when he's doing his trick which is hitting a free kick.

The Scottish Ian Harte.

Mowbray must have a new LB sized up....it doesn't make sense to get rid of Fox with no replacement.

The first thing Mowbray did was buy a LB, he knows that Naylor is shite. Hopefully we get a couple of million for Fox then, I'de expect 2 million no less. I think we paid 1.5?

I suppose a 33% increase in the fee we paid for him after 6 months isn't too bad, especially when most don't rate him that highly.
