agree 100% , dont think he should have been brought in the first place.
nothing against robbie but he had no intention of commiting to the club long
term. rasmussen must have wondered if he made a mistake signing for the celtic.

Not this send Robbie Keane home pish again. Next you will be telling him the famine is over.

We are contracted to pay Robbie Keane's wages till the end of the season so we will keep him and hope he can help Lennon and co win the Scottish cup.

i didnt mean he should be sent home now , i was simply sayin it was a bit unfair to
sign rasmussen then turn around and bring robbie on loan for 65 grand a week.

I would tend to agree Dubs, BUT, what if the team won every game to the end of the season including beating rangers and winning the scottish cup and ends the campaign playing really well, looking organised, passionate and hungry to win every time they sep on the park?

Do we stay with him then or say thank you and bring in someone else like Mcghee, Coyle, Lambert and trust them with the millions instead.

Obviously its early days but as I said on another post the job is his to lose, given the financial restraints at celtic IMO if he does a good job he will be given a contract.
Pros= no compensation, already knows the players, will appeal to a lot of season ticket holders, has worked in this pressure before, CELTIC MINDED , and hates the huns.
